Access and fees for clinical psychologist services
Wildwoods Psychology is a telehealth only psychology service.
Wildwoods Psychology session fees
$218 per 50 minute session, and if you have a Mental Health Care Plan, your Medicare rebate is $141.85 per session, so your out-of-pocket cost is $76.15.
Wildwoods can process your Medicare rebate for you once payment is received, or you can claim your rebates through your Medicare online account through myGov, or by using the express Plus Medicare mobile app.
NDIS clients can either organise reimbursement through their NDIS fund manager or Wildwoods Psychology can invoice their funder directly. Fees are costed at the recommended NDIS rate such that there is no gap for the client.

Medicare rebates are available for psychology services with a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from a GP.
There is a rebate of $141.85 per session, for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year.
